Strength Testing
Georgetown student-athletes are tested and evaluated on many aspects of physical fitness.
The following are the basic tests:
- Maximal Lift Tests: Squat, Bench, Power Clean
- Power: Vertical Jump; No step, 1 step, approach
- Speed Tests: 10 yard sprint, 20 yard sprint, 40 yard sprint, pro agility (5-10-5), 300 yard shuttle
- Endurance Tests: 1 mile run, 1.5 mile run, 2 mile run
- Other Maximal Tests: Push ups, Pull Ups
